Introducing

Based in Guérande (44 - Brittany), I've made Bodhrans since 2005.

First experiences :

The quality of the sound was soon recognised, which encouraged me to continue...

Since 2005, many models have left the workshop, travelling to different parts of France, Reunion Island, Belgium, Switzerland, Ireland, Scotland and the USA.

The one that has travelled the furthest is in Nouméa !

In 2016 and 2024, the "Philharmonie de Paris" choose Olaïka-bodhran for its student musicians in the bodhran workshop.

You can try out the bodhrans either by coming directly to the workshop (contact me before), or at Irish music festivals such as An Seisiùn in Mesquer (44) at the beginning of July, Brittany Winter School (BWS) in Arzon (56) at the end of February, beginning of March, the Celticimes in Albiez (73) in July and Le Son Continu at the Chateau d'Ars on the weekend of 14 July.

Exhibitions at festivals are an opportunity to meet people and exchange ideas :
